We will do everything we can to be as transparent to your clients as possible. We will work behind the scenes to keep the servers up and running, and all pertinent services on the server available. We will not contact your clients unless you abandon them. We define abandonment as non-payment of services. If you cease to pay your bill with DLB Host and become 30+ days overdue, we reserve the right to contact your clients to attempt to make suitable arrangements for hosting their sites.

We will allow you to use our Authorized Use Policy and Privacy Policy on your website, however you cannot copy any design elements from the DLB Host website.

1. You must support your clients. We will not contact your clients and your clients should not contact us. You will answer support requests that your clients submit. If you cannot answer a request, then you can certainly forward that request to us via our helpdesk and we will be glad to assist you. We will help you help your clients.
2. You will be responsible for all aspects of billing your clients for services rendered. We will bill you at a wholesale rate, but it is your responsibility to bill and collect from your hosting clients.
3. Make sure that all your resold sites meet our Authorized Use Policy. All sites that you host on our servers must meet the same constraints as the standard DLB Host Authorized Use Policy. It is the reseller's responsibility to make sure that the sites that they host do not conflict with the DLB Host Authorized Use Policy. If we find a site in violation of our Authorized Use Policy, we will contact the reseller and give them 24 hours to bring that site into compliance. If it is not brought into compliance within 24 hours, we will suspend the offending site. If the reseller attempts to circumvent our Authorized Use Policy, we reserve the right to suspend the reseller's main account which will also place all of his/her resold accounts in the suspended pool.
