Pre-Sales Questions
- How long after I order before my account will be active?
Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Most orders are processed in just a few moments, but some can take up to 24 hours. If your order is not processed in 24 hours, we will give you a free month of hosting.

- Do I have to enter into a contract for a definite period of time?
No.

- Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes. If you cancel your account within the first 15 days of being hosted with us, we will refund all hosting fees. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

- Do you host Adult sites, warez sites or sites containing illegal material?

- Is my site backed up and how often?
Yes. Backups are done monthly, weekly and daily so that at any given time we have 3 full backups of all user data and critical server data. If you have lost data, we will have a backup from the first of that week, and the first of that month. This is not a
substitute for a good local backup on your own personal computer. We encourage all clients to keep their own backups.

- How do I cancel my account?
Simply email support@clientcenter.net including the name of the domain that should be cancelled and the date that you wish the domain to be cancelled.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time, buy emailing us at sales@clientcenter.net.

- How do I change my account or billing information?
You log in at
https://clientcenter.net using your username and password. Remember, changing your control panel password does NOT change your
ClientCenter password. If you have forgotten your password, go to the link above and click the "Forgot your password?" link.

What happens if I exceed my bandwidth allowance?
We will contact you about upgrading your account. You will have the option of upgrading or paying $8/1000mb/month of extra bandwidth.

For what reasons would I need a static ip address for my site?
Unless you plan to use SSL for secure order transactions or anonymous FTP, you will not need a static ip. Few sites really require a static ip address.

Why can't I access my site by domain name?
Once your domain has been associated with our name servers in the registrar's database, it can take as much as
72 hours (sometimes longer) before your site is accessible via the domain name. In the meantime, you can use the ip number to FTP and the ip number or the special url that was provided to view the site.
